What a great experience! The office is beautiful, spotless and clean with welcoming lavender accent walls. Easy check in (I filled out all of the ‘paperwork’ ahead of time), had all my X-rays done easily with their great assistant, and was comfy in the chair.

The exam itself was, get this, a delight!! Yep! At the dentist! She has a warm, friendly, thorough and thoughtful disposition, explains everything along the way.

And I didn’t have any cavities! We will continue my treatment for other things, which was clearly explained to me.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to (and at my age - I’ve been to a lot!). Just got a front tooth pulled and at the same time in the office, they made a “flapper” so it can heal AND I can still eat! (Ya gotta eat!) After 4 weeks of healing, a little bridge gets made and voila!

The care is amazing through the process, with everything explained. Dr. Nicole took care of numbing me thoroughly and kept checking as the extraction went along.

They booked him immediately and walked us through the process, pricing and even stayed after hours to address my husbands issue that day!! My last experience with a different dentist (leaving names out, but it was by the laundromat) was horrible. The receptionist wandered around aimlessly and kept telling me she would be with me in a few minutes for over an hour so I left and switched to this Dentist Near Me with Dr. Nicole Gurguis. It was a much much better experience for me. Her receptionist Nora and her aides (sorry I didnt know your names) were wonderful and very courteous and focused on me. Dr. Nicole Gurguis was much better than my other dentist and her facilities were very modern. It is not just Dr. Gurguis but her team that makes the whole visit much better. Before the visit, Nora went through somethings to make the trip much easier. I had to change my dental plan to her office and then I filled out forms over the phone a few days before visiting so when I got there, they were ready to see me right away! Be sure to do that to make your visit smoother.

So I have really bad teeth. My number 31 tooth cracked and chipped a big hole in it. Dr. Gurguis and I discussed the plan to get it fixed. A crown was neccesary and Dr Gurguis worked on it very professionally for an hour and did not even try to rush the job. She had this 3d camera to confirm her work in the end and like I said she did not rush her work. I got to see my jawbone with teeth in 3D! As much as I hate getting my teeth drilled, at least I wanted it done carefully and Dr Gurguis was execellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Nicole Gurguis and her awesome staff. I've had a lot of dentists and I am keeping this one!

My first visit lasted two hours for a basic cleaning! The thoroughness of this dentist office is beyond anything I've previously experienced and I've had two excellent dentists in the past few years. The difference is that this office took my insurance, whereas the others did not. Yet, it is also clear that they have a business model that transcends the usual dentist office, at least in my experience.

They tried to sell me on improvements that I was unaware I might need, as well as products I previously knew nothing about. A couple of them are by no means inexpensive, but so goes US dentistry. No prior dentist made me aware of the possible relationship between grinding my teeth down and sleep apnea. Whereas someone else here claimed that they didn't accept some of his dental insurance benefits, I cannot say; I know mine are very limited. Perhaps for them it's seen as an introductory incentive to what else they have to offer but there was no pressure applied. I also saw that a quite cozy small town atmosphere is nonetheless state-of-the-art and they make you feel like you are a guest in their home.

It was easy to make an appointment online with Dr Nicole Guirguis for my first visit. The office is located in an old house in Culver City, and looks unassuming from the outside. Inside, the office is bright and modern with what appears to be state of the art equipment.

Dr Guirguis greeted me at the desk and checked me in. That she was staffing the front desk while the receptionist went to lunch shows that Dr Guirguis takes pride in her ownership of the practice.

I was taken to a treatment room by the dental assistant who did a routine cleaning before Dr Guirguis came in to do the formal exam. She was gentle, thorough, and pronounced my teeth to be in good shape.

Best of all she did not offer additional services as dentists sometimes do to create a 'perfect smile.' I will be going back for a checkup in six months.

I have spoken about my dentist before, but I believe it bears repeating. I'm not in any way compensated for posting reviews. It's just such a great thing to find a dentist who can deal with my apprehension about dentists..
I was raised in the 60's before the phrase "a bedside manner" and empathy, were invented and applied in medicine and dental work. I had some horrible experiences at the dentist as a small kid. I hate the dentist but I LOVE my dentist! Dr Gurguis is empathetic, highly skilled, gentle , hilarious and understanding. I get a prescription to take before I go to calm my nerves and it allows me to get through these normally faithfully difficult appointments with ease. They take most insurance, including SAG-AFTRA Delta dental highly recommend if you're on the west side or you don't like the dentist.

Back in the 60's ...before they really cared about anxiety and pain for kids ....i had a rough go of it. The consequences are I'm incredibly anxious for ANYtrip to the dentist. Having said this Dr. Guirguis is the very best I've found , we followed her when she opened her own practice in Culver City and I'm so very glad we did. That take SAG insurance and I highly recommend you check her out , if someone can make me feel better about the dentist...they can do that for nearly anyone:)

Without question this was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Made my appointment yesterday. Receptionist on the phone was apologizing that the office was closed. A scheduled power company outage had shut down the entire block. So I was scheduled for noon today. I arrived ten minutes early and was taken right in to one of the patient rooms. Huge shout out to Dr. Guirguis and her staff!!! Just got new insurance (HMO) and needed to find a dentist last minute. I stumbled upon Dentist Near Me, Culver City, which was literally about 1 mile away. I usually don't write reviews but I I think Dr. G deserves all the praise and accolades one can bestow. I am not great at writing reviews, but will do my best.

For me, Dr. G is a diamond in the rough of dental work. Having avoided the dentist for years, going on decades, my nerve endings were not being kind to me at all. After my first visit, I already felt like extremely comfortable and feeling I'de be my way to oral freedom in no time. Instantly, Dr. G was professional and cared about making sure her patients have the best experience possible. One day, I was having really bad pain. Although she wasn't seeing patients that day, she told me to get in as soon as possible and was able to not only take the pain away with a temporary fix, she referred me to Root Vision which was by far the easiest and quickest root canal i ever experienced (not that I experienced a lot). She is understanding of my financial situation and my schedule as a single parent a well. I highly recommended her to everyone I know, especially if you are in or near Culver City.

She is young, but 10+ years of experience in dental work. Hilarious and witty, which who's not looking for a dentist with personality. I am very grateful for the awesome experience I've has so far and finally found a dentist I feel I can trust for me and my kids for years to come. For the last few days I have had pain in my lower jaw that had gotten progressively worse and today I had no choice but to call around and find a dentist. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with a dentist who just recently started her practice a couple of blocks from my residence. I nervously made it there and found out I need a root canal!!!! WOREST NEWS POSSIBLE 🙁
They way the dentist started taking to me and explaining what I need to have done immediately put me at ease. She had such a clam manner about her making me feel like this was not suck a big deal. She was so patient and relaxed in the way she dealt with me that with every passing minute I gained more and more confidence to continue with the procedure. The root canal was done, a preparation for crown was done and I never screamed or pushed her hands away and other than little stings from getting numb I felt no pain 🙂 I even fell asleep after I started to watch TV for the majority of treatment ... something that has never ever happen before!
I already have my next appointment to get my crown as well as getting my other teeth checked out after ignoring them for far too long. No guaranty I won't get nervous for the next appointment but for sure I will be here to follow through. Thank you Dr. Guirguis! You are awesome

This new office is absolute excellence.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome, and that same warmth was conveyed throughout the entire appointment by everyone that I came into contact with.

It's clear that the environment that has been established is one that everyone in the office can flourish in. Really loved how everyone interacted with one another.

It's weird to say, but im actually looking forward to coming to the dentist. The care was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will be encouraging my friends and family to come to this office.

"I've been to plenty of dentist offices, but this one is on another level. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles (probably because they just flossed). This relatively new business replaced a dentist I had been seeing for 20 years, and it's been quite a pleasant upgrade. The team here is organized and thoughtful, and Dr. Guirguis is invested in creating an individual dental plan for each patient. A few weeks ago I started to experience some sensitivity and pain in one of my back teeth. After screening several offices, I decided to call Dentist Near Me. Paul at the reception was really warm and welcoming and provided great direction and assistance in matters of insurance. I scheduled my first appt. The office atmosphere made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Dr. Guirguis and all of the staff are warm, personable, and professional. It turned out that one of my molars was broken (I had no idea how) and she referred me out to an ebdodontist for a root canal. The doctor she referred me to was great! No pain whatsoever during or after the procedure. I went back to Dr. Guirguis; 2 visits and 1 new crown later, I'm back to smiling like my old self. Could not recommend enough!
